There is an entire subset of Country Music about dogs. Most of them are tear jerkers but I never have heard one told from the dog’s perspective. Cory Grinder has written that song and it is sad, sly and stands up to many listens as you dig deep to realize all that happens in this heartbreaker of a tune.”
